MB BATES' HOBECAST. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellingon, Last Night.. The fallowing is Mr Bates' weather foremat:—Present indications are for JBodlrate to strong north-westerly to ecutu-westcrly winds, squally at times, in and southward of Cook Strait. Weather fair to eloudy and misty about Cook Strait, and drizzling rain on west coa§| and southern districts. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency at present. There arc still indications for a 4 westerly storm about the middle of next week.
