VON KLUCK ON THE CARPET. THE KAISER DISSATISFIED. Received 13, 12.20 a.m. Londno, November 11. (Amsterdam papers state that General Von Klnck was taken to task by the Kaiser for his strategy in Flanders, and also subjected to severe criticism in military circles.
OFFICIAL CASUALTIES TOTAL, Received 12, 6.20 p.m. Copenhagen, November 11. It is stated that the German official list gives the casualties at 509,000, mainly in September, there being only a few in October.
THE KAISER AND THE EMDEN. Received 12, 6.30 p.m. London, November 11. Last week the Kaiser telegraphed to the Burgomaster of Emden, congratulating the town on its godchild in the Indian Ocean, whose bold' cruising deeds would till every German heart with pride and joy.

The Morning Post correspondent in Rome says that Germany is alarmed at the Russian successes, and has made preliminary offers of peace to the Russian Government, which, however, rejected them.
Petrograd, November 11. The Germans, in the recent lighting in East Prussia, lost 70 per cent, of their officers. The Russians captured four howitzers, <V2 guns, CO machine-guns, immense quantities of ammunition, also 323 oilicers. London, November 11. A shattering revolutionary outbreak by the unemployed is predicted in Germany.
When the Kaiser was in Belgium at the beginning of the month, reviewing a large force of cavalry, he said that perhaps they had made a mistake in failing to foresee during peace nil that the cavalry were now doing. The cavalry fought both with the bayonet and spade. He hoped they might again use the saddle and lance if, with the help of God, who had already given them so many victories, they succeeded in surrounding the enemy. It is calculated that the Germans have concentrated 4,200,000 men between Ypres and Arras. They have sufficient artillery to blast away a mountain. 'Around Brussels the invaders are, working feverishly, fortifying with steam entrenching machines and enormous quantities of cement.
