DUTCH TRADE MONOPOLY. j CONTROLS IMPORTS TO THE NETHERLANDS. Received 12, 11.10 p.m. Washington, November 11. The State Department announces that Holland has entered into an arrangement whereby she secures a practical monopoly of the importation into the Netherlands of all foodstuffs, flour, and cattle. Holland has entered into a contact with the Holland-American steamers, the only neutral line plying to (America, whereby private shipments will not be accepted.
