Against the Turks.

The cargo of the Turkish transports sunk at Kunguldiak included artillery, aeroplanes,- automobiles, and uniforms for 60,000 troops. The' Russians rescued 248 soldiers and several German officers.
London, November 11. Advices front Rome state that the Turkish army is in a state of complete disorganisation. The majority arc without uniforms, and the military stores contain only eight days' supplies. Athens, NVni-mb.T 11. It is reported that an extensive conspiracy lias broken out in Constantinople against the young Turks and the Germans. The ringleaders were shot on Sunday. The crowd attacked German non-commissioned officers. The German Consul protested.
