To the Electors — f REGET very much that owing to tlic shortness of notice .that, the General election is to take, place this year, that t is impossible to visit every part of the Electorate and I trust that no Elector ivill think that I have neglected to visit lis District. I have lived in the Electorate for seven years, and if elected, I intend to still reside 'here and to visit regularly the whole of the electorate. My platform is: 1. Reform wherever needed. •2. The Freehold Tenure every time. 3. Borrowing for Reproductive Works 4. Vigorous prosecution of Roads and Railways. 3. ■Postponement of payment of rent and rate- until settlement lands are provided with permanent roads. 0. Land and employment for everybody. 7. Right for everyone to work for a living wage. I am standing as an Independent Reform Candidate pledging myself to support regressive* Legislation emanating from either party, subject only to the condition that, on a no-confidence motion, I vote with the present Governiment.
