BELGIAN SUCCESSES. ASSI.STIXO BRITISH IX EAST AFRICA. Received 10, 11.10 p.m. London, November 0. A report from Havre, dealing with the Belgian operations in the Congo, states that the troops are conducting themselves bravely. A flying column lias taken Kissengnie, a fortified point on Lake Kivu, inflicting heavy loss on the enemy. LA German attempt to take Albert, on the west shore of Lake Tanganyka, failed. A Belgian column from Katanga entered British RlrodeMa to aid the British against the attacks of Germans in East Africa.
