A RECORD HAILSTORM.
HAILSTONES LARGE AS EGGS. GREAT DAMAGE CAUSED. Recieved 10, 9 p.m. Sydney, November 10. The most severe hailstorm on record has visited the Coolamon district. The hailstones, which were as large as hen's eggs, broke windows, pierced iron roofs, stripped trees, and ruined crops. •At Downside, near Wagga, seven inches of rain fell in twenty minutes. It flooded the district and drowned a flock of sheep.
