The Goeben sent & wireless message to Constantinople, asserting that the Russians bad irca«serously attacked the Turkish ships. The Turkish Ministers unsuspectingly held acouncil, and approved of the action of the Goeben. On the following day tlis-y discovered the' fraud. "LOYALTY OP INDIAN MOSLEMS. DEKIVROOTED AND UNABATED. Received 8, 4."0 p.m. . London, November 7. 1 'lhe Times' Bombay correspondent .■says that all evidences point to the solidarity of the Moslems of India with Britain. The Madras Moslem League telegraphed to the Viceroy that their loyalty continued deep-rooted, and unabated. Rangoon Moslems, at a nieet--111?, expressed their unflinching loyalty. At Quetta tliey passed a resolution against Turkey being decoyed into a breach of neutrality.

Instead, he directed tliem to nttnek the British. It is reported that the Senussi, under an Ahmed chief, are marching towards Egypt.
