All Egyptians spontaneously -expressed loyalty. Many officers have volunteered for service with the British .army. CAPTURED BY THK KARLSRUHE. HOW THE GERMAN VESSEL EVADES THE BRITISH. Received 5, 9 p.m. London, November 4. Fourteen hundred and seventeen men and crews of vessels captured by the Karlsrahe have been landed at liverpool, pennilcßS. The Treasury has appointed a committee, representing the Treasury, the Bank , of England, the joint stock banks and the Commerce Association, to authorise advances to exporters in respect.of outstanding debts in foreign countries, and -the colonies, including unpaid acceptances.
