IX THE CAMEROON*. GERMAX MIXES. GHi: .IjEXCER DOES GOOD WORK. London, November 3. A bluejacket's letter, describing the bombardment of Duala (Cameroons), states that the Germans laid mines and sank ships in thfc river. The gunboat Dwarf removed the mines and blew up the wrecks. The Challenger arrived, and went full speed to Duala, where bhe was not expected. She destroyed half the town and silenced the batteries.
