On resuming at 11.30 n.m. tsie Orchard and Gardens, Mental Defectives, Railway Authorisation. New ifealand University, and Port Ahuriri Bills passed their fiii;il stages.

WHEAT SUPPLY. ■ The Premier said ho wa« certain there would bo a shortage in the wheat supply. Dealing with the statement that there was only 14 days supply of wheat at Invereargill, Mr Massey said that he expected SOOO sacks in a few days, and Invereargill would got its share.
