BRITISH ARTILLERY SUCCESS. GERMAN 'POSITION TAKEN. OUR MEN OUTNUMBERED, BUT VICTORIOUS. London, November 2. The German artillery at Poe-J:.-Cap-pt'.le, near Roulers, on 'Wednesday night, opened lire in the direction of Boesinghe, under cover of which the infantry strongly entrenched themselves at Poe-la-Cappelle.
