Wellngton, Last Night At. the Magistrate's Court to-day, 43te charges of theft preferred against Edward John Jones, secretary of the Waterside Workers' Union, were dismissed. The prosecution was instituted by Joseph Ladd, acting secretary, and the charges related to small sums itceved from .members of the Union and allegedly not accounted for.
