The oorrespondent of the newspaper Vaderland, 'accompanying the Germans im Flanden, says that the German officers have a cast-iron belief that Germany is winning, and that the whole of Europe will be subjugated, Belgium will become a province of Prussia, anil Poland a kingdom under the House of Hapsburg. A great union of Gorman States will be formed. Alsace and Lorraine will become part of this union, or joined with Baden. The Union will comprise Finland, Sweden. Norway, Denmark, Holland, and England, these either being subdued or drawn into the Union.
GERMAN PRISONERS IN BRITAIN. Received 2, 9.10 a.m. Amsterdam, November 1. The Dresden Der Anzoiger states that the German Foreign Off ice requested Ur. Page, American Ambassador, to visit the English concentration camps. Mr Page reported that the treatment of Germans was satisfactory. London, November 1. A campaign has begun in the German newspapers against the treatment of prisoners in England.
