ROBBERY AT TRAIN DEPOT.
OFFICE DRAWER FOKCED. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Some time during the early pari, of Friday evening the sum of £x> 14-< S,! was stolen from the -private oll'iee of the Kpsniu tramway depot. The mon. iv had been deposited there in readings fr.i- payment of tile men on night 'shif; duty. The drawer containing it had been forced with a chisel. The incident was quickly reported, and inquiries were instituted almost immediately bv a detective.
