GERMANS' COAL SUPPLIES. KILLED BY NORWEGIAN COLLIERS. Received 2G, 5.45 p.m. London, October 25. A British ship captain from Mexico reports that, when at Vera Cruz, lie noticed six colliers, flying the Norwegian ilag, laden to the bulwarks with coal. No one could Gay whither they were bound. Presently a wireless arrived, giving latitude and longitude. Instantly the six put to sea, Disking for tlie point indicated, where German cruisers were waiting to replenish their blinkers. The German vessels at Suez include the Rostock, Gostar,. Annaberg, Lutzow, and Heligoland. Japan lias captured two German auxiliary cruisers. Amsterdam, October 25.
The Gorman Government, in a communique to neutral nations, condemns Britain's attitude with regard to contraband, and the ••seizure of Germans upon neutral vessels. Such action is a •violation of the terms of the Declaration of London.
(Protests liavo lieen made in Britain at the Admiralty allowing German reservists to proceed home on neutral vessels, so that apparently Britain lias not been seizing Germans on neutral ships, except perhaps in isolated cascs^ CONFIDENCE IN OUR NAVY.
