A MACHINE GUN* FATALITY. ACCIDENT AT A CAMP. licccived 2.1, 4.40 p.m. Sydney, October 2-i. Two soldiers in the Maroubra Bay camp were being photographed beside n machine gun. One stumbled, upset the tripod, and set the gun in action, and bullets entered an adjacent tent, and killed one and wounded two soldiers. An official statement lias been made that the affair was accidental.

Regarding the proclamation, prohibiting wool exports, the Wool.Brokers' Association notify that exports will be permitted to Great Britain, Canada, India, New Zealand, Belgium, and France in British or Japanese, ships. Regarding shipments to America, Italy, and other countries, the permission of the Customs must be obtained.
