LABOUR PARTY EXECUTIVE. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Melbourne, October 23. The Federal Labour Party has decided to appoint an executive of fiftcea members, with Mr Fisher as chairman. In the Senate questions elicited lUe fact tliat a new 10s note will be issued. SOUTH AUSTRALIAN BUDGET. Adelaide, October 23. The Premier, in submitting the Budget, showed a surplus of £218,630. The revenue last year was £4,822,760, and he estimated the expenditure for the present year at £4,24Dy525. Tho estimated revenue was £1,120,843. No new taxation was provided.
