CORRESPONDENCE.
THE W'AIWAKAMO URIDGE. (To the EJitor.) .Sir, —It seems to us who are not in the know strange that this bridge should bo such a source of trouble and expense, to the ratepayer*. To an observer who knows a little about concrete work, it would appear that this bridge could be safe by underpinning and apron won. placed at a considerable depth for between £3OO and ,€,400.-1 am, etc., OBSERVE!!. Xew Plymouth, 22/10/1914.
