COLD STORAGE OF CHEESE.
WELLINGTON PROPOSAL. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Lust Night. As a result of recent comunmuMtio:. with- the Department of Agriculture, un. the question of the provision of a cm! store for cheese at Wellington, the Harbor Board to-night resolved to con!f-r with the Department and representatives of cheese factories. The Board is agreeable to provide cool stprage, conditionally ,on the Government requiring 1 that all cheese shipped from WclliuiftMi pass through the Board's store, except such graded cheese as may be trousnijjped immediately on arrival. It was estimated that a charge of eight ehiltuigu I po* ton would have to he made.
