A BATTLESHIP LAUNCHED. Received 22, 12.5 sa.m. Paris, Otober 21. The battleship Flandre, of 25,000 tons, has been launched at Brest. MINE IN THE NORTH SEA. Received 22, 12.25 a.m. London, October 20. The Holland-America liner Potsdam struck a mine in the North Sea on Monday night, and arrived in a crippled condition.
