The balance-sheet showed a credit at tiho bank of £BO 9s 7d, and a balance of assets over liabilities <*f £B4 15s. There were now 51 clubs in the nine local associations, with a membership of 2730. The election of officers resulted ->i folW-President, Mr. G. J. Riddell (Marlborough); vicc-presidenta, Messrs A. 8. Bias (Wellin'-ton), and A. J. Rirmer (Auckland); secretary and (treasurer, Mr. A. D. Bayfield; auditor, Mr. G. C. Fache; council, Messrs Lines and Bedford (Auckland), R. W. McVilly and R. Issues (OUgo), and W. R. Mennies and J. B. Widdop (Wellington), G. Lauohlan (Wanganui).
