GERMANS' DEVILISH WORK. NATIVES INCITED TO VIOLENCE. Capetown, October 16. A medical missionary in Northern Rhodesia describes the devilish work of the Germans in enrolling natives and encouraging them to burn and kill. Already a force of Germans and natives has crossed the border and burnt native villages, killing the defenceless and carrying off women. Thousands of natives are flocking to the British to seek revenge.
