DREADNOUGHT DISASTER IN A DOCKYARD. SIX DESTROYERS DAMAGED. Received 17, 12.15 a.m. Rome, October 15. A message from Trieste states that a fire at Mont A'lcone arsenal destroyed the scaffolding of an Austrian Dreadnought which, was ready for launching on Monday. The vessel crashed to the ground, and six destroyers were damaged. Many workmen have been arrested on suspicion of incendiarism.

The authorities Recently eagerly superseded Italians by Slavs. Seditious inscriptions have now been found on the walls, such as "Long live Prinzip, Franz Ferdinand's assassin." These point to Slav incendiarism.
