Mutton. —Thu market is steady, but tike demand is only moderate, ,on account of large supplies coming forward of homegrown and Dutch. Prices for frozen mutton are fiiuncT, owing to the short, supply. Canterbury heavy weight o%d; other than Canterbury, G%d for light weight. Beefj—The. market is steady. Tlicire U not much demand but prices are firm. 1 New Zaaland hinds (»%d, fores 6%d.
