—— ••> _ RAVENSBOURNH HOTHL GUTTED. Ly Telegraph.—Per Presi Awocifttien. Dunedin, Last Night. i Tha Ravcnsbourne Private Hotel, about three miles from Dunedin, was gutted by, fire to-nigfhtt. It contained 2;} rooms, and until six years ago was r licensed, but then the reduction vote f caused tho license to bo romwjved. It was 'owned and occupied by J. McOhiskie. Practically nothing waa saved. The 'building' was insured in the South British for £SOO, and tho furniture in tlio 'Aew Zealand Company for £4OO, If your property i> not insured, call at or ring up the United Insurance Company, Ltd., Currie street; telephone U'Q.
