CLOTHING FOR BRITAIN'S POOR. The. response to the appeal which appeared in our columns for clothing for the poor of Britain has been of a most satisfactory character. By tho s.s. In all, considerably more than 3000 garments of all kinds have been sent, the total weight being nearly one and a-hali tons.
