SERVIAN PRIEST lIAN'GED. A CATHEDRAL OUTRAGE. Received 11, 4.20 p.m. Petrograd, October 10. The Sviet states tliat Austrian officers, during a service in the Shabata Cathedral, ordered the priest to pray for Emperor Francis Josef. Tiie priest recited the usual prayers for King Peter of Servia, and the banged the priest.
