PARK CLUB. ,Thu annual meeting of tho Park Tennis Club was held hu-t evening, the president! (.Mr: T..C List) being in the chair. 1 There was not a large attendance. :

About £lli or £l)7 had been spent on permanent improvements, and» thia expense would not be recurrent. The grounds were in a very satisfactory state, and) now only required maintenance. The projects of the club were good. The membership should foe just as large as last .s«Mon': in fact, he would not ifac surprised if it were considerably greater. Hj suggested that the office of president should 'be a rolling one, and that as he had occupied it for the past two or three years, some other member should lv eleeted to the position. The hours of afternoon tea were fixed at from. 3.30 to 4.16, the fee being 2a ',!(]. Ten new members v.'ere proposed and referred to the committee. Eulogistic reference was made to the work of the caretaker, who was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. A vote of/thanks to the president for his past services brought the meeting to a close.
