Fully iiva thousand people were present at Wio second test match between it ii« English ladies' (hockey team and New Zealand, played at Lancaster Park this afternoon. Though the game was not so exciting as the flret test at Wellington last Wednesday, the New Zealand ip-laycra showed wonderfully improved form of both back and fcrward lino.s, and outclassed the FMglish who made gallant efforts to win, but could not penetrate the homo d'cfVpre.
