Bir Joseph Ward: It is a question, *nd a vory important question. Tho Speaker ruled "that no hon. member asking a, question waa entitled to make a long speech. Sir Joseph Ward: I beliered that there was some latitude allowed to the Leader of the Opposition. I shall take the opportunity of speaking further on the matter later in the day. The Prime Minister said that the rolls were 'being steadily prepared, and would, be further forward this year than they wera on the occasion of the last election.
