UNITED SERVICK CLUE. ANNUAL ill-KTJXCi. The, annual meeting- of the above club 'was. held tit th<i Council Chambers last night,,the Ri;v. (5. B. Osborne presiding. •J he : report presented was as follows:--"The ciub, 113 usual, entered one team for the Saturday competition and had a successful season, winning oiglit out of 13 matches played and being runners up for the championship. Tin: following members of the club were selected for representative ■honors:—.Messrs Bain, McGie and Osborne. Your committee desires to congratulate members upon the reg-nlarity of their attendance at practice throughout the past season, and trusts that the same enthusiasm for the game will be shown during the season upon which the club is entering. From the balance-sheet it will be seen that the. club ha s a small credit balance and in addition has a good supply of material on hand. The club wishes-to thank both papers for reports of matches, and space allotted to the game.''

It whs decided to iniAruc.t the delegate to the. Cricket Council to, bring before the Council the desirability of its acting as the arbiter as to whether «r not any match should be played or postponed when there was a ip'iestion of unfavorable weather, and that teams be advised by PJ.JiO p.m. 'l'he question of including second innings scores in averages when flic second innings was not played out was discussed, it being conwdered that they should so count.
Hon. members' subscriptions were reduced from 7s (id to us; adult memihers' .subscriptions were lixod at £l, and juniors 10s. !Ninj honorary members were elected. ■>' li was decided to recommend the Association to amend the system of points by allotting two points'for a win. and penalising the losing rside by two points, and that one, point be allowed, for a draw.
The dub colors were discussed, and it was decided .that they should be blue and black, it being" left to the committee to decide, whether the colore should ibe in the cap, tie or belt. nfw Plymouth club..
