The application of 11. A. Waterson for R.L. section B, block 5, Pouatu, 1125 i ncres, was approved. LEASES. The following lessees were given Crown ! grants: —Robert Wallace, senr., section ; 2, block 9, Totoro; Andrew Neilson, section 12, block 5, Upper Waitara.; Thos. LAND FOR SELECTION. 1 i After reading the ranger's reports on ■.flections 5 and 11, block 11, Mahoe, it was decided to offer the sections under part 3 of the Land Act, section 5, 717 ! acres, at 30s per acre, and section 11 at .'32s 6d per acre, weighted with £25 irn--1 proveinents. SUB-LEASES.

The following sub-leases were approv ed on the usual conditions:—
