In reply to Mr Morey, the .president naid the levy of 10s nai been paid by 24 members out of 78, but the members had not all been notified of the levy. Considerable discussion took place over the matter of unpaid subscriptions, it beinij siatad that several of the defaulters iliad been proposed as members without their sanction. After explanations by the president and secretary the matter dropped. The report and balance-sheet wr.'e adopted. ,
'ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The following officers were elected: President, iir \V. Penn (re-elcc'lcd); vice-ipresidents. Messrs. Luscombe ard Wood; secretary and treasurer, Mr Ewi.ng; auditor, Mr Buxton; committee, Messrs Hall, Moi'lev, A. K. Small, Medley, Morii.son and Burges.i.
M'crisrs Penn, Firth and Smart were appointed delegates to the TaraJiaki Centre. Aim 'honorarium of 15 guineas was voted to the secretary, M.r Ewing, wh<j.,e services were highly eulogised.
A bonus of £5 was voted to the 0 retaker, 'Mr Aldrulge whose work was commended. ALTERATION OF RULES.

The motion. was favorably received, but after some disciUijiUon it was decided to amand it by making tnj suspension of entrance feo3 apply to all new members until the oiiub'u reaches 110.

The motion was carried. Mr Coodacre moved that a list of iks members bo posted in the paTilion, and that the list shall show which members have paid. The motion was carried. TEAMS FOR BANNER MATCHES.
Mr A. K.
