Thirty firemen and greasers employed the steamer Pakeha ceased work this afternoon, and informed the officers they would not resume until six German and one Austrian firemen had been put ofi ths ship. It is stated that sailors will similarly refuse duty to-morrow morning unless tile foreigners are removed.
