For Australian States, South Africa, China, Japan and Straits Settlements, at 6.15 a.m. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19. For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, West Indies, Central America, United States of Aimerim and Canada (per s.s. Makura at Auckland, transfers to e.9. Sonoma, at Sydney, at 8.15 a.mi Unless otherwise specified, money orders and registered letters close one hour, and parcel-post parcels thirty minutos before the ordinary mail. The rates of postage to Samoa arc the same as for otier British possessions.
