In the House of Commons, Mr Asijuith said he hoped Parliament would be prorogued this week. He would intrpduee a Bill to-morrow whereby bo stops will b* taken with the Home Kulc and Welsh Disestablishment Bills for a year in any event, and, if the war is not terminated then, extending the time until a further date to be fixed by Order-ln-Coun-cil, but no later than the e»<l of the war. Received 18, 10 p.m. Mr Afquith, in the House of Cpmmvns, explained that ho proposed to pat the Irish and Welsh Bill on the Statute Book to-morrow. A Bill would defer the operation. Hi; promised a fuller statement to-morrow.
