THE DAXBIE3.' Coming as they do with an excellent reputation, the visit of the "Dandies" is being looked forward to with no little degree of interest. It is not only because the "Dandies'' are gifted with more than average ability, but much of their success is due to the fact that they have the faculty to discern just what the public wants. And the public i 3 served accordingly. Bright, wholesome and clean are the prevailing characteristics of the programmes presented by these elevef" people. There is a freshness and certain fascination attached to their work which makes it distinctive from other classes of entertainments. The company, which opens a season of three nights in the Theatre Royal next Monday evening, is said to be the -best combination of artists sailing under the Branscombt; baiuier. Musically, the ''Dandies" aspire much higher than any kindred company. Included in their extensive repertoire are several excellent grand opera selections. Their concerted 1 work in humorous numbers is also said to be of a high order, while individually they have, according to previous reports, established themselves very firmly. Theplan opens at Collier's next Thursday morning.
