The position of headmaster of Christ's College Grammar School tas been offered to and accepted. by Mr. George irnest Blanch, M.A., Melbourne. Air Blanch will, take up his duties at Christ's College at the beginning ot next year. Mr Blanch was a "junior student" of Christ Church, Oxford, and took his degree with lirst-diasß honors 111 Natural Science in, 1887. Subsequently he was appointed senior mathematical and science master of Sydney Grammar School, and was acting-headmaster tor the year 1890 In 189» Mr Blanch was. appointed headmaster pf the Church of England' Grammar School, .Melbourne which position he still 'holds.
