A deliberate attempt was made to wreck the line of the Canadian XortU'in Railway near Port Hope, Ontario. Spikes p'aeed on the line were discovered before the train arrived. The police throughout Canada are actively registering all Germans and Austrians, and redoubling their vigilance with regard t) possible spies. The secret scrviee is particularly active.
