yOTKIE is hereby given that at a. special meeting of the Taranaki County Council, held on Wednesday, the 19th day of August, 1914, the following resolution wa9 passed and will th> submitted for confirmation at a •pecial meeting of the Council to '<e Iteld at 11 ajn. on Thursday, the seventeenth day of September, 1914, at the Council Chamber*, Robe Street, New Plymouth. That in exercise of the powere conferred on it by section 34, "Counties Amendment Art, 1913." and section 10, "Road Districts Act. i.08," the Council of the County of Taranaki hereby resolve by way of Special Order that tfce portion of the Moa Koad District as described in the schedule hereunder, he annexed to the adjoining outlying district of the Mangovei Riding i>' the Connty of Taranaki, and cease to ."orm part of the M->- ' .net as from the date of coming into force of this Special Order.
