ANGLO-FRENCH AGREEMENT.

Mr Olpin states that a c6py of the agreement recently reached by Britain and France regarding the New Hebrides is en route to Australia, and the Commonwealth will lie given an opportunity to review it before it is ratified. He adds that the amendments made in the agreement were of a substantial character.
