The arrival of East Prussian refugees at Berlin is causing alarm. The gcncrcl staff are assuring the populace that ti'e position in East and West Germany'is excellent.

i The German agency is distributing faked telegrams free to Chinese papers alleging that six French and two British army corps have been wiped out, the assertions prejudicing the minds of the Chinese.
