The Full CouTt dismissed the appeal against the payment of £2OO to Messrs Osborne, 11.P., and Jones, ex-M.P., in connection with the sale of the Boorabil estate to the Government. T'he majority of tne Court hold that the •plaintiffs' action was not illegal. Justice Gordon dissented, holding that members of Parliament using- influence with Ministers of tlie Crown for nioneI taj-y consideration, was against public policy.
