TOGOLAND
' TOGOLAND CAPITULATES. AN UNCONDITIONAL SURENDER. London, August 26, Mr. Harcourt has received a message from the British commander in German Togolaud stating that the wireless station has been destroyed. The {German force' offered to capitulate if allowed air the honors of war. The commander replied that they must surrender. The reply of the Germans m expected to-morrow. London, Later. It is officially announced that Togoland has surrendered unconditional^. The allied forces will enter Kamina, Togoland, to-morrow. Commander Bryant said the British always respected private property, and thero would be as little interference as possible with trade and private interests.
