COUNTY OF TARAXAKL JjOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Taranaki County Council, held on Wednesday, the 19th day of August, 1914, the following resolution was passed and will b-j submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, the seventeenth day of September, 1914, at the Council Chambers, Robe Street, New Plymouth. That in exorcise of the powers conferred on it by section SI, "Counties Amendment Act, 1913," and seotion 10, "Boad Districts Act, I.oß,the Council of the County of Taranaki hereby resolve by way of Special Order that the portion of the Moa Road District as described in the schedule hereunder, he annexed to the adjoining outlying district of the Riding »' the County of Taranaki. and cease to lorra part of the ll'- "• - * .net as from tie date of coming into force of this Special Order. SCHEDULE. All that area in the Provincial District of Taranaki, bounded as follows: — Commencing from a point, the snm- , mit of Mt.
