TIIE SOUTHLAND XI'AM. The members cf the Southland team, some twenty-three in numiber, aoeompanied by the.ir manager, Mr, Gcdd.es, arrived in New Plymouth by the mail train last evening from Wellington. Several of the members of the team wero rendered liors de combat in the Wellington match, and others have been sent for to fill the vacancies. Included :n the ■teaim for Thursday will bo Lindsay, who toured Australia with the All-Blacks recently. The Southland team will leave for Auckland by boat on Thursday evening. THE TARANAKI TEAM. The Taranaki team will return from Auckland bv the Ra-mwa this morning.
