There is a general scarcity of food. The mobilisation -is completed, 'but the authorities are afraid to move the troops on account of internal dissensions. St. [Petersburg, August 20. The Ivied correspondent of the Novoe Vremya states that letters from Bohemia assert that during reprisals following the uprising of Prague, the finest monuments in the city were destroyed and the shops pillaged l>y Austrians.
