. AUSTRIAXS REPULSED. GERMANS REBELLED. ' St. Petersburg, August 19. If is officially reported that a division of Austrian cavalry, two battalions oi infantry, and two battories of artillery attacked Vladiinir-Volynsk on Sunday, but were repelled with heavy loss. A division of German infantry, with thirty-six guns, were repelled at Eydtkulmen.
