AN ALLIANCE UNPOPULAR. A REVOLUTION THREATENED. London, August IS. The American press is evading the censor by couriers. It states that Garibaldi's son has issued a manifesto to the youth of Italy declaring that should Italy make Avar along with Austria then working men and women will spread a revolution rather than let their sons, savings and homes bo sacrificed on hehalf of an ally they detest.
